We offer flat rate shipping on all Canadian domestic orders before taxes (exceptions apply), and free standard shipping on orders valued at $250.00 before taxes to Canada and the United Stares. See rates at checkout for express and international shipping.
In-store Pick-up
In-store pick-up is available at the shop located at 15218 Pacific Avenue, White Rock, BC V4B 1P7. Orders may be picked up any time during regular store hours.
You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready for pick-up.
Returns + Exchanges
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we are here to help! Our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days and returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. All products must be unused with the tags and original packaging intact. You may return or exchange items in person at the shop during regular business hours or to process a return or exchange for online orders, please email loobydoo.co@gmail.com.
Return shipping/postage for online orders is the responsibility of the customer.
